insurability and provide products to meet your specific needs at a fair

include agents, employers, other insurers, consumer reporting agencies, motor

processing, underwriting or administering your policies and contracts.

parties whose services are required to assure the highest level of service to
you. By law we are permitted to share

Insurance regulatory agencies in connection with the
regulation of our business.

Law enforcement or other governmental authorities to

Lienholder, mortgagee, assignee, lessor, or other

policy of insurance.

Insurance rate advisory organizations.

Parties enforcing our rights in connection with the settlement
of a debt, the transfer of interests or an audit.

We will not disclose any non-public personal information
about you or about any other customers or former customers except as authorized
by law, as described in this Privacy Notice or as otherwise communicated to
you. Because we respect and share your concern for privacy, we will not provide
your personal information to anyone outside of our companies except as
described above. We will notify you if
we make any material change in this Privacy Notice. We may share selected personal and financial information about
you with our affiliated companies in order to better serve you and to offer you
worthwhile products and services.

Privacy Notice From Your Insurance Company
If you are a current customer, you should have received
within the last few months a separate notice directly from your insurance
company or companies indicating their own privacy policy concerning the information
which we provide to them. New customers
will find the company’s privacy policy notice included with their new insurance
policy. If you did not or do not
receive such notice, or if you need another copy, you may contact us for
assistance in obtaining it.
