Christopher Anderson, president of the F. A. Peabody Company (FAPCO) announces that Amanda Schools has been promoted to the position of personal lines Customer Service Agent in their Houlton office.

Amanda started employment with FAPCO in August 2009 as a personal lines processor. Since that time she has successfully taken on responsibilities in several areas for the company until assuming this new position. In 2014 Amanda earned her State of Maine Property and Casualty insurance license. Mrs. Schools is a member of the Insurance Association of Greater Houlton, having served as both vice president and secretary.

Amanda is a 2004 graduate of Houlton High School. She continued her education after high school, attaining her Associate’s Degree in Medical Transcription and Health Care Secretarial Studies from Eastern Maine Community College in 2006. Anderson states, “Amanda’s good nature, empathy, and work ethic have proven to me that she will serve our customers with the utmost in care.”

Amanda resides in Monticello with her husband, Jordan.
