Lincoln, Maine – Cassie Fostun has earned the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, which states “The CISR designation empowers outstanding individuals to provide exceptional account management and customer service.” The Elite distinction takes the agent’s commitment to another level, by adding four additional courses and examinations beyond the five courses required for the CISR designation.
Mary Cray, Northern Penobscot District Manager for F.A. Peabody Insurance, states, “Cassie is very dedicated in her role as Customer Service Agent for our commercial clients and she has continued her education to gain knowledge that helps her provide great customer service.” Cassie has worked in the insurance industry since 2015, and, in 2017, was named Maine’s Outstanding CSR of the Year by the National Alliance for Insurance Research & Education.
Cassie and her husband, James, reside in Howland. They are very happy to be part of this small community and feel it is a wonderful place to live and raise their daughter, Isabella. In her free time, Cassie enjoys fishing, hunting, four wheeling and spending valuable time with family and friends.
