Houlton, Maine – The F.A. Peabody Company is pleased to announce that three staff members recently earned their Maine Property and Casualty Insurance licenses. The licensing exam is a rigorous test of insurance knowledge that ensures that the agent is prepared and authorized to provide customers with the best coverage to meet their needs.
Olivia Nickerson joins the Commercial Lines team as a remote Customer Service Agent supporting the Lincoln branch, from the Houlton office. Olivia says, “I’m a lifelong resident of Houlton. I live with my dog Athena and cat Ares. I have 17 years of customer service experience and earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Maine Augusta in 2015.” Her supervisor, Stacey Soucier, Northern Penobscot District Manager, says, “Olivia has fully embraced her role as a Commercial Lines CSA from day one. With her many years of customer service and business administration experience, she has been a valuable addition to our team. Her clients will benefit from her strong attention to detail and dedication to managing their insurance needs. I am looking forward to seeing her future success with our agency.”

Becka Glidden serves as a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent in the Millinocket office. Becka says, “I am a Millinocket native, where I currently reside with my fiancé Cole. I recently earned my master’s degree in criminal justice administration; however, I have discovered a passion for helping people in a new way through the insurance industry. I am looking forward to growing my career and supporting clients by helping them protect what matters most!” Stacey Soucier, Northern Penobscot District Manager, says, “Becka has been a great fit at F.A. Peabody Company. With over 10 years of customer service experience—and even more time spent behind a computer—I’ve finally found a place where the two meet. I’m thrilled to be starting this new career path, and although I’m still a waitress at heart, I’m ready to serve up whatever endorsements you need!” Diane DuMont, Northern Aroostook District Supervisor, says, “Valerie joined F.A. Peabody Insurance just over a year ago and has been a valuable asset to the Madawaska office and the Northern Aroostook District from the outset. Having recently passed her state examination, she is already demonstrating a strong commitment to professional growth through continued education and exploring the pursuit of industry designations. Valerie is dedicated to delivering a high standard of customer service to our clients throughout the St. John Valley. Congratulations on this achievement, Valerie!”
