Presque Isle, Maine – The F.A. Peabody Company (FAPCO) announces that Erica Johnson has been promoted to department manager for FAPCO Life and Benefits Division. Erica was hired last year with a background in human resource and sales management and became a Maine licensed life, health and accident agent soon after. Erica has been advising individual and group clients on many different products including: life, disability, medical, and retirement plans. As department manager, she will report to Max Lynds, Vice President of Life and Benefits, to help create systems, structure and oversight for the department in addition to her sales duties. Lynds says, “Although Erica Johnson has been with us for less than a year, her management and sales skills along with her eagerness to develop new sales processes has led to her promotion from sales agent to the Department Manager of the Life & Benefits Division at the FA Peabody Co. I am excited for her new leadership role and continued growth with our company.”
