Official Contest Rules
- Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the state of Maine..
- Employees of F.A. Peabody Insurance, affiliated companies, and immediate family members are not eligible to win, but may share their stories.
- How to Enter
- Complete the entry form on this page between September 9–30, 2025.
- One entry per person.
- Sharing a story or photo is optional and does not increase your chances of winning.
- Prizes
- Grand Prize: One (1) American Silver Eagle Coin.
- Community Gift: A $100 donation in the winner’s name to a Maine hospice care organization of their choice.
- No cash substitutes. Prize is non-transferable.
- Winner Selection
- Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- Drawing will take place the first week of October 2025.
- Winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Permissions
- By entering, participants agree that F.A. Peabody Insurance may use their name and town for winner announcements on social media.
- Stories and photos submitted may be used in future marketing with entrant’s permission (opt-in required on entry form).
- General Conditions
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- F.A. Peabody Insurance reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
