Shelley Tozier was fabulous in communicating via phone as well as email since I am so darn busy. She also was great about answering my various questions. We were uninsured due to a death in the family distracting us a couple years back and she actually found us someone to get us on the right track.

Wanted to take the time to write a review. This company is over the top amazing. Lisa Warren takes care of us for mostly everything but if we have other questions or concerns, she directs it to the person that handles that dept. ( Shelly Tozier, Linda Kinney) and they are on top of it as well! We are so pleased with this company I send everybody there.
