Each year the National Alliance selects a group of insurance professionals to represent their state and compete to become The National Outstanding CSR of the Year. This prestigious award, regarded as the foremost national award of its kind, recognizes the contributions and commitment of those who serve clients within the insurance industry. Entrants must have demonstrated commendable service to their agencies, their industry and their communities.
Chris Anderson of the F. A. Peabody Company stated, “MJ is a committed and driven individual striving to serve her customers the very best each and every day. Earning this award simply does not surprise me!”
To qualify for this top state honor Mary Jane submitted the winning essay on the topic of “The change in our English language in today’s political, social and economic environment and how this effects the meaning of certain terms and titles within the insurance industry.” Each of the state winners meets a new standard for personal and professional excellence as demonstrated by their essay, contributions to their agencies and the industry, and their letters of recommendation.
“Ms. Cleary was chosen as a state winner for exemplifying the characteristics and qualifications required to be eligible for this prestigious award,” stated Dr. William T. Hold, Ph.D., CIC, CPCU, CLU President of The National Alliance.
